Meet Geoff
Hello! I’m Geoff Pascual, a full-time watercolor painter based in Downtown Santa Ana, California. My goal as an artist is to bridge iconic and nostalgic anime with fine art craftsmanship using traditional media. Although many of my paintings feature familiar subjects, I challenge myself to represent them in thoughtful, refreshing ways through clever concepts and a distinctive style. In addition to finding my work online, I also travel to some of the top anime, comic, and gaming conventions across the USA.
Recent Work
My latest series explores familiar manga covers through abstraction and a loose watercolor style. the series was born from a reminder to myself to “just paint” and don’t fuss about the rest. The result was a more expressive and dynamic collection of work.
